During the inspection, it was established that the video was filmed by a citizen B.u.B. for advertising purposes, showcasing carpets in the high-altitude pasture of Sary-Oy in the Alai district.
As a result, the man was fined 10,000 soms for violating Article 236 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to the protection of water from pollution. Additionally, he was given an explanatory conversation.
“The actions depicted in the video do not comply with environmental standards. The citizen acknowledged his mistakes and published a statement on social media, in which he apologized to the public and explained his actions,” the Ministry of Natural Resources added.
