This incident was recorded at the Alay District Internal Affairs Department, where a preliminary investigation was initiated. During the investigation, it was found that the author of the video is citizen B. uulu B., born in 1996, who filmed the material on the road to the Sary-Oy pasture in the Alay district. A conversation was held with him.
The collected materials from the investigation will be sent to the Osh Regional Department of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service for appropriate measures to be taken in accordance with current legislation.
