During a recent raid in Bishkek, three vehicles were discovered whose emissions exceed permissible limits by more than 50%. This was reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 234 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Offenses," three administrative protocols were drawn up against individuals. The total amount of fines imposed was 22,500 soms.

On February 19, inspectors from the Bishkek Regional Office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, together with officers from the patrol service of the police, conducted a raid aimed at identifying vehicles that violate established pollution emission standards.

These raids are conducted regularly to improve air quality, reduce pollution levels in the capital, ensure environmental safety, and increase the responsibility of vehicle owners.
