The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that avalanche-prone areas are located on the following roads:
- from 121 to 138 km of the Bishkek—Osh road (Töö-Ashuu pass) and from 198 to 265 km (Ala-Bel pass, Chychkan gorge);
- from 55 to 115 km of the Myrza-Ake—Kara-Kulja—Alayku road;
- from 45 to 112 km of the Ala-Buka—Kanysh-Kiya road (Chapchyma pass);
- from 0 to 3 km of the Krasnaya Gorka—Ak-Tash road;
- from 292 to 305 km of the Bishkek—Naryn—Torugart road (Dolon pass);
- from 201 to 205, 260 to 290, and 326 to 249 km of the Balikchy—Kazarmin—Jalal-Abad road (Kok-Art pass);
- from 45 to 90 km of the Karakol—Enilchek road (Chong-Ashuu pass).
When passing through avalanche-prone areas on the roads, drivers are strongly advised to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters between vehicles.
