From March 14 to May 16, activities are planned as part of this event, including the cleaning of streets, parks, and squares, as well as yard areas. The program includes planting trees and shrubs, arranging public spaces, and tidying up the adjacent territories of enterprises and organizations.
Institutions and enterprises of various forms of ownership will participate in the activities of the two-month campaign.
Heads of administrative districts, together with municipal territorial administrations, have been tasked with organizing and coordinating the work on landscaping and sanitation. They must establish cooperation with property owners, homeowners' associations, and local residents, as well as engage public organizations and businesses. An important aspect is the timely removal of solid household waste and the prevention of unauthorized dumps, as well as monitoring the sanitary condition of markets and mini-markets.
Furthermore, according to paragraph 168 of the Rules for Landscaping the City of Bishkek, adopted by the resolution of the Bishkek City Council on August 29, 2025, No. 150, participation in sanitation and landscaping activities on the assigned and adjacent territory is mandatory for the leaders and employees of organizations, as well as for citizens.
