Minister of Natural Resources Akyl Toktobaev and the Mayor of Osh, Janar Akayev, participated in this event.
The project includes a sketch plan for the ecological restoration and greening of the Khakhlov cemetery area. In this area, the municipal enterprise "Greening Management" planted 1,300 saplings that were grown in a local nursery.
As part of the campaign, trees of six different species were planted, including birch, aronia, chestnut, red maple, and ash.
The director of the greening enterprise of the city of Osh, Azamat Sovetbek uulu, emphasized that the implementation of this initiative will help improve the ecological situation and significantly increase the area of green spaces in the city.
