According to Cholpon Rakhmanova, one of the teachers at this school, the competition aimed at finding the best educators among the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States was organized by the Research Center. Its goal was to create connections among teachers and to implement new educational ideas.
This competition was held with the support of the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan. "Participants included not only school teachers but also kindergarten educators and university lecturers. Contestants were required to demonstrate their achievements, methodological developments, and innovative approaches. Six of our educators showcased a high level of qualification and a creative approach, which allowed them to earn the title of 'Best Teacher of the CIS.' As a reward, they received special badges, diplomas, statuettes, and letters of appreciation," added Cholpon Rakhmanova.
Among the teachers honored with this title are:
- Kavar Kürüŋkeeva — head of the primary education department;
- Baisogur kyzy Narynkul — primary school teacher;
- Sagynbү Rakhman kyzy — primary school teacher;
- Nurjaz Tashybek kyzy — primary school teacher;
- Gүlipa Mambetakunova — music teacher;
- Aijarkyn Sadykbaeva — organizer.
