During the discussion, complaints from citizens who purchased apartments from the company were reviewed. Representatives of the developer explained that the delays in construction are related to a lack of financial resources.
Currently, the department has created a special commission to check the company's charter capital, the quality of the work performed, and the overall activities of the developer.
To eliminate the identified violations and complete the construction of the facility, the company has been given a deadline of June.
Based on the results of the inspection, the materials will be sent to law enforcement agencies for further legal assessment of the company's actions.
