The minister noted that there are leaders in state hospitals and clinics who have been in their positions for 20-30 years.
Dosmambetov emphasized that such managers hinder progress in the field of medicine.
In his opinion, they not only fail to develop themselves but also obstruct the growth of young specialists. He called for rotation in positions and for providing opportunities to new personnel; otherwise, reforms in healthcare will not be possible.
“These people have essentially already 'grown moss', and development is absent. We must renew the staff. We need to prepare young specialists and train them in modern methods and technologies,” stated Kanaybek Dosmambetov.
