He pointed out that in several clinics in Bishkek, the same specialists have held their positions for two to three decades, which negatively affects the development of the healthcare system.
“These personnel have essentially become 'moss-covered', and there is no progress. We need to refresh the composition of specialists. It is important to prepare the younger generation of doctors and train them in modern methodologies and techniques,” he added.
Dosmambetov highlighted that staff rotation should contribute to the growth and training of new specialists who will be able to implement relevant approaches in medical practice.
