“In some clinics in Bishkek, such cases can be found. People work in the same place for 20-30 years, and unfortunately, this leads to stagnation. They are like moss-covered. Like a dog in the manger, they do not develop themselves and do not give a chance to the young,” said Kanibek Dosmambetov.
The minister emphasized the need for renewal of management personnel in the healthcare system. He called for training young specialists and implementing modern working methods.
Dosmambetov noted that without rotation and support for a new generation of doctors and managers, the further development of state clinics will be at risk.
