By the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, it has been decided to transfer the "Muras" historical and cultural heritage fund to the management of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the new decree, the fund, which was previously under the control of the presidential administration, will now be managed by the Institute of History, Archaeology, and Ethnology named after B. Jamgerchinov. The main goal of this change is to enhance the research potential of the institute and develop scientific directions related to the history and cultural heritage of the country.

The Institute of History has been tasked with adapting its internal procedures in accordance with the new decree to ensure the full integration of the fund.

Additionally, amendments were made to the decree dated April 25, 2012, No. 94, regarding the oversight of the fund. Now these powers are directly transferred to the director of the Institute of History of the NAS KR, which also affects changes in some structural positions related to methodological and analytical support.
