Arsen Mukhtarbeckov, an 11-year-old young talent from the village of Belovodskoye, located in the Moscow district of the Chui region, recently performed at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow before an impressive audience of six thousand spectators.

As reported by Beremet Sadyrbekova, a teacher of academic vocals at the district children's art school named after M. Ryskulbekov, Arsen, born on March 19, 2014, has been participating in the international competition "Romanсиада," which covers Central Asia, for three years.

In 2025, he performed works such as "Zhilkychynyn Yry," "Troika," and "Rodina," which earned him the Grand Prix and a cash prize of 40,000 soms.

"Arsen has a unique voice and a high level of performance skill. That is why he was invited to the 30th anniversary of 'Romanсиада,' which took place in Moscow. During the anniversary concert on February 1, 2026, at the Kremlin Palace, he was one of the three performers in the front row of the choir, performing the waltz 'Romanсиада' by composer M. Mashkautsan," shared Beremet Sadyrbekova.

Nargiza, Arsen's mother, reported that she and his father Rinat arrived in Moscow on February 3, 2026. "My son dreams of becoming a composer in the future. We are very proud of his achievements," she noted.

Currently, Arsen Mukhtarbeckov is studying in the 5th grade at secondary school No. 2 named after V. Stepanenko in his hometown of Belovodskoye. He is the eldest of three children in the family.
