In the village of Kyzyl-Jyldyz, located in the rural district of Chayek in the Jumgal region of Naryn Province, the kindergarten "Jumgal Balastan" is now a fully-fledged preschool institution, as reported by the district education department.

For the past three years, the kindergarten operated as a three-hour institution in the renovated building of an old school. To transition it to full-time operation starting November 2025, the villagers raised funds, and a sum was allocated from the local budget to equip the kindergarten with necessary facilities, including kitchen appliances and educational materials.

From the local budget, 650,000 soms were allocated, and the community managed to raise 113,000 soms. Local residents also donated items and construction materials as assistance, and one of the deputies purchased beds for the children.

The kindergarten is now designed for 60 children and provides all the necessary conditions for their development. The district education department has increased the number of staff positions, and salary issues have been successfully resolved.

A new two-story kindergarten for 120 children is planned to be built soon. It has already been included in the title list of the Cabinet of Ministers, the tender for the project has been announced, and the regional capital construction management has signed a contract. Currently, the documents are undergoing the approval process, and a plot of land for construction has been allocated next to the school.
