The investigation established that the director and his accomplice acted in collusion. The criminal scheme involved the sale of land plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka, where they used forged resolutions from the village council. The price of one plot ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
To legitimize the transactions, the suspects employed mechanisms from state commissions dealing with land amnesty issues. Both individuals involved in the case have been placed in the GKNB detention center. Currently, law enforcement agencies are continuing the investigation, clarifying all aspects of the criminal activity, the total amount of damage caused, and possible connections with other participants in the scheme.
