In the Jalal-Abad region, in the Suzak district, a scheme for the illegal sale of land plots has been uncovered, as reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
Investigative and operational activities revealed that the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome" M.I. together with S.N., using forged documents from the village administration, deceived citizens by offering them plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka. The cost of such plots ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
To legalize the illegally sold lands, the mentioned individuals resorted to procedures related to state commissions on disputed issues of land amnesty.
As a result of the initiated criminal case, M.I. and N.S. were arrested and placed in the GKNB detention center. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to clarify all episodes of criminal activity, the amounts of illegally obtained funds, and to identify other involved individuals.
