According to law enforcement, the actions of the detainees were organized as part of a preliminary conspiracy. Under the guise of providing assistance in obtaining plots for individual housing construction in the village of Blagoveshchenka, located in the Suzak district, they sold land to citizens using forged documents from the ayil okmotu. Each plot was priced between 700,000 and 1.5 million soms.
During the investigation, it was revealed that procedures related to the state commission on disputed issues of land amnesty were used to legalize the illegal sales. Both detainees have been placed in the SCNS detention center.
Currently, law enforcement agencies continue the investigation, uncovering all circumstances of the criminal activity, as well as the total amount of illegally obtained funds and possible accomplices.
