He added that residents began reaching out to the city hall through the official website back in 2021. In response, they received a notification stating that their application had been accepted and would be reviewed by a committee.
However, as the citizen noted, several mayors have changed in the city since then, complicating the process. In 2022, they tried to contact the city hall again, but this time they received no response. In 2024, work began on repairing the sidewalks on Logvinenko Street, and once again they reached out to the city hall, but no response came. Last year, they also wrote through the city hall's website, attaching photographs, but their applications seemingly disappeared without a trace. Even the deputy mayor, to whom they wrote on an actively maintained Instagram account, ignored their appeal,” he said.
The citizen urges the city hall to finally consider the opinions of local residents and address the sidewalk repairs.
