The son of Bekbolot Talgarbekov reported the detention of his father
The Ministry of Internal Affairs denied reports that detentions or searches are being conducted against individuals who signed the appeal for early presidential elections.
An important point: a group of 75 scholars and politicians appealed to President Sadyr Japarov and Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu with a request to hold elections earlier than scheduled.
Earlier, Arstan, the son of Bekbolot Talgarbekov, reported his father's detention for questioning and a search at their apartment located in the 8th microdistrict of Bishkek. According to him, all those who signed this appeal are being summoned to the police. This information was actively discussed on social media and in domestic media.
