A curious situation has been recorded in Russia: a neural network designed for servicing clients in the housing and utilities sector began to use profanity after a month of interacting with them. Mikhail Viktorov, president of the National Association of Organizations in the Field of Information Modeling, shared this information, noting that developers had to retrain the robot after it picked up coarse language.

“I’ll give a funny example. This is a neural network that learns, and already in the first month of operation, the developers faced the fact that it began to use inappropriate language. As they say, you are judged by the company you keep. Therefore, this problem had to be addressed, of course. Nevertheless, this indicates that the neural network is actively interacting with our citizens,” he added.
