On February 15, the Public Charitable Foundation Help the Children - SKD held an event titled "Your Contribution Changes Lives!" at the oncology department of the National Center for Maternal and Child Health (NCMCH). This event was dedicated to World Childhood Cancer Day.

According to the foundation, on this day, support for young patients was provided amounting to 740,000 soms:

* Important medications purchased at the request of the hospital, totaling 235,327 soms;

* 3 air conditioners;

* 3 oxygen concentrators;

* 7 port systems, costing 213,468 soms;

* Payment for blood and blood products amounting to 50,000 soms;

* 28 paintings as part of the project "A World in the Palms Through the Eyes of Children".

The main goal of this event is not only to provide assistance but also to draw public attention to the problems faced by children with cancer.

According to the organizers, benefactors also donated diapers, toys, clothing, and books to support the families of young patients during difficult times. Special thanks were expressed to the administration and children of the educational and upbringing complex "ABC School," who also brought books for pediatric oncology, thereby enriching the library for young readers.

"We want to remind society that the problems of childhood oncology require a collective approach. Every smile, every little thing, and every act of kindness brings us closer to our goal — to make treatment more accessible and improve the lives of children," said the foundation's president, Elena Koneva.

The event "Your Contribution Changes Lives!" symbolizes not only assistance but also hope and support for all children facing illnesses. The foundation expresses gratitude to everyone who responded to the call for help.
