According to his information, the total number of registered infection cases in the country amounted to 491,516, which is 36.3% higher compared to 360,536 cases in 2024.
Among all infectious diseases, 81.9% are acute viral infections, including ARVI and influenza.
Ryspek Sydygaliev also noted that there is a decrease in morbidity for several diseases:
- salmonellosis — by 1.6 times,
- acute enteric viral hepatitis — by 2.5 times,
- acute hemocontact viral hepatitis — by 29.6%,
- tuberculosis — by 2.9%,
- meningitis — by 18.2%,
- measles — by 1.6 times,
- mumps — by 33%.
At the same time, according to his data, in 2025 there was an increase in morbidity from acute intestinal infections by 15.2%, brucellosis by 1.3%, and ARVI and influenza by 1.5 times.
The number of HIV-infected individuals increased by 8.2%, and cases of syphilis rose by 2.1% this year.
“Last year, six cases of anthrax, five cases of imported malaria, three cases of hepatitis E, and one case of tetanus were registered,” added Ryspek Sydygaliev.
