The vehicles were purchased and delivered with the support of the district development fund, marking an important step for local self-governance.
The ceremony for handing over the equipment took place at the village administration building, where the vehicles were presented to the village leaders. The head of the Karkyra village administration, Rustam Cherikbaev, noted that "the tricycles were handed over to ten elders and one livestock specialist. This initiative is aimed at promoting the development of rural areas and creating convenient working conditions on-site. We urged everyone to treat the equipment responsibly and use it wisely," he added during the key handover.
