Today, February 21, a meeting took place in the Moscow district of the Chuy region between the regional leader A. Osmonov and local residents. This was reported by Turmush correspondent.

At the meeting, the issue of the closed livestock market in Belovodsk was raised again.

As it became known, during his working trip on February 21, the presidential envoy in the region, Azamat Osmonov, familiarized himself with several social facilities in the district. After that, he met with local residents in the meeting hall of the district administration. One of the participants raised the topic of the closed livestock market.

In response, A. Osmonov emphasized the legality of closing the market, which did not meet sanitary standards.

“We need to increase the number of livestock markets in the regions. However, if a market does not meet sanitary requirements, it will be closed,” he noted.

A resident of the village of Belovodsk, Jumaly Begaliyev, expressed a request for the creation of an alternative location for the livestock market. In response, A. Osmonov reminded that such markets are already functioning in Sokuluk and Kara-Balta.

“To get to them, we need to travel 50 kilometers…” said Jumaly Begaliyev.

“My main goal in the Chuy region is to increase the number of livestock markets. The more there are, the higher the competition and the better the conditions for buyers. If necessary, choose a piece of land and build a new market. However, if it does not meet sanitary conditions, we will not allow it to operate,” added Azamat Osmonov.
