She noted that this event was organized in accordance with the President's Decree "Uluu'tuk dem — düynölük biik'tik" ("National Spirit — World Height").
“This event has become a tradition and is celebrated annually as a holiday of the mother language,” she added.
The goal of the celebration was to strengthen friendship among peoples, harmony and mutual understanding, as well as to support the mother language.
