In Bishkek, medical specialists were trained to work with AI

On February 24, the Central Committee of the Health Workers' Union of Kyrgyzstan held a training session to enhance the qualifications of medical staff, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence technologies.

According to information from the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, this event was organized to improve the professional skills of workers and to implement modern digital technologies in medical institutions. Participants not only acquired useful knowledge but also developed specific proposals for integrating AI into their work.

During the opening of the training, Sultan Abdykadyrov, the chairman of the Health Workers' Union, noted:

“Our healthcare system has a large volume of paperwork, which distracts medical workers and deteriorates the quality of patient care. Through digitization and the introduction of AI, we can significantly ease the workload of our specialists by freeing them from routine tasks. We must keep pace with modern technologies and actively integrate them into everyday practice. I hope that the knowledge gained today will be the first step in this direction.”

During the training, participants learned about the practical aspects of using AI for analyzing medical data, automating document flow, improving patient care quality, and enhancing management efficiency.

The training was organized with the support of the Kazakh Trade Union of Health Workers and Public Services "AQNIET". The program included practical sessions, group discussions, and analysis of relevant topics, allowing participants to gain valuable knowledge and exchange experiences with colleagues.
