According to information provided by the city administration, a citizen with the initials M.F.K. was held administratively liable under part 114 (Violation of landscaping rules) of the Code of Offenses. The amount of the imposed fine was 3000 soms.
It was revealed that the violator had illegally installed a pipe for discharging wastewater. Due to the location of his house on one of the narrow and remote streets of the city, this connection went unnoticed for a long time. An eco-inspector who arrived at the scene was able to document the fact of pollution. After the fine was imposed, employees of the "Vodokanal" enterprise dismantled and blocked the discovered pipe.
An investigation is currently underway to determine when and how this illegal connection was made.
