“The warning was issued for violating the norms of landscaping the adjacent territory. If the issue is not resolved within three days, the law provides for a fine of 3000 soms. Violations include unauthorized storage of tree branches and accumulation of ash from burning coal. According to Article 114 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, compliance with landscaping rules is the duty of every citizen,” the message states.
