
The construction of a new educational center for young technicians in Bishkek is ongoing. It is located at: 144 Leo Tolstoy Street. The five-story building, with a total area of over 2,500 square meters, will include an astronomical observatory, a museum, a conference hall, and specialized areas for technical creativity.
According to information provided by the mayor's office, the project is being implemented by the capital construction management. Currently, work is being carried out on the interior finishing and facade design of the building.



The total area of the building is 2,563 square meters, and the area of the land plot is 0.342 hectares. The structure includes five floors, including a basement level.
Inside the building, there will be classrooms, an astronomical observatory, a museum, a conference hall, as well as a dance hall and an assembly hall, a library, and other spaces designed for the development of children's creative and technical skills.
The adjacent area is planned to include a sports area for workouts, a covered canopy for holding assemblies, a place for launching model cars, a karting track, and other zones for practical activities.
The contractor for this project is the company OsOO "Essir Company."
