At the meeting of the committee on international affairs, Deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrova shared information about a family that faced an unpleasant situation. Due to an unpaid fine of 1,000 soms, they were unable to fly for Umrah. Despite having registered and checked their data in the "Tunduk" system, the border guards did not let them through.

The deputy expressed dissatisfaction that there is no necessary synchronization between the two information systems used for registration and control. "People prepare for such trips for years and spend significant amounts of money. But due to the imperfection of the systems, their plans can be disrupted. The border service must take responsibility for the damage caused to citizens," she noted.

In response, the first deputy head of the border service, Marat Maralbaev, stated that they have their own system. He explained that the border service works with both internal and external systems, but their system - SVN - already contains information about fines.

Maralbaev agreed that overlaps occur but assured that the service strives to resolve emerging issues promptly. "We try to eliminate misunderstandings as quickly as possible when we receive confirmation from other government agencies," he added.

However, the deputy disagreed with the ease with which he approached the problem: "You say that overlaps happen, but because of this, an entire family could not go for Umrah. This is not just an overlap; it is a serious problem."

Maralbaev also mentioned that there is a system that allows citizens to check for fines. When the deputy asked about its details, he explained that it involves QR codes placed on stands at checkpoints.

Sadyrova expressed doubt: "But what if the passenger pays the fine? Do they have to wait three hours, and the plane won't wait?"

"No, it won't," Maralbaev agreed.

The deputy concluded: "It seems that the systems operate separately from each other. Information should be available in both systems simultaneously."

Elvira Surabaldiyeva expressed support for her colleague and called on the responsible structures to find a more effective solution to this problem.
