According to the press service of the city hall, each child in preschool educational institutions is assigned a unique personal account. Based on attendance records, the district education departments generate monthly bills for each child.
“The kindergarten administration provides parents (or legal representatives) with the details of the personal account and the amounts that need to be paid. Payment for meals must be made only to the individual personal account of the child through banks, post offices, or electronic payment systems. It is important to note that transfers to the accounts of kindergarten staff are prohibited, as well as any amounts exceeding the established payment amount. Cash payments are also not accepted,” the municipality's message states.
If parents have questions regarding charges or payments, the city hall strongly recommends contacting the district education departments without delay.
