According to the president's statement, Kyrgyz citizens stranded in the UAE will be evacuated on charter flights that will depart from Oman.

On his social media page, Japarov emphasized that efforts to return citizens are ongoing, despite the current situation in the region.

He noted: "Given the ban on takeoffs and landings in the UAE, an agreement has been reached with Oman to allocate two charters for the evacuation of 300 citizens. First of all, women and children will be evacuated. I urge everyone to remain calm and patient," he added.

The president also reported that if permission is granted for flights from the UAE, all remaining citizens will be able to return home within one day.

On February 28, Israel and the United States conducted strikes against Iran. Donald Trump announced his intention to destroy the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic.

In response, Iran began attacking facilities in Israel and other countries in the Middle East where American military bases are located. Strikes were carried out on Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai (UAE), as well as on Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

During the American-Israeli operation, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed. His wife, Mansure Khodjaste, also died from her injuries.

Donald Trump stated that the military operation in Iran would last about four weeks. Iran declared jihad against the US and Israel, stating that negotiations are impossible.

The conflict in the Middle East affects the entire world, including Kyrgyzstan. As a result of the escalating situation, thousands of tourists have become stranded in the UAE. Contact details for embassies and consulates for Kyrgyz citizens abroad can be found here.
