At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Temirlan Aitieff raised the issue of the need to inspect private medical offices that administer injections and IV drips. He noted that the Ministry of Health has prohibited such procedures in feldsher-obstetric points and family doctor groups.

Aitieff pointed out that when he sends a request to the Ministry of Health, he receives a response that mentions the risks of anaphylactic shock and allergic reactions. However, private offices continue to operate in every settlement. "Who is responsible for their activities? Do they have the necessary conditions and compliance with modern standards? Every day they serve between 100 to 200 clients," he added.

The deputy also questioned why tobacco products and alcohol, which are harmful to health, are available without restrictions, and even relaxations in the licensing of these goods are introduced, while state bodies approach issues related to the strengthening of citizens' health so strictly. Aitieff urged the Ministry of Health to check the operations of private offices where injections are administered.

Furthermore, he noted that medical institutions do not accept patients based on their actual place of residence, but only by registration. "The clinic in the Alamudun district, CSM No. 11, was included in the composition of Bishkek after the administrative-territorial reform. Local residents are now forced to go to the Issyk-Ata Central District Hospital. Residents of the villages of Chokmorov, Sydykov, Dostuk, Baytik, Arashan, Tash-Moynok, and Kara-Jyach have to travel to Kant," Aitieff emphasized and requested to reconsider this decision.
