Meteorologists warn of possible hazards from March 7 to 10 in the mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan. On the highways such as Bishkek - Osh (sections 121-138 km, Too-Ashuu pass; 198-265 km, Ala-Bel pass, Chychkan gorge), Myrza-Ake - Kara-Kuldja - Alayku (55-115 km), Ala-Buka - Kanysh-Kiya (65-75 and 88-101 km, Chapchyma pass), Krasnaya Gorka - Akhtash (0-3 km), Bishkek - Naryn - Torugart (292-305 km, Dolon pass), Balakchy - Kazarman - Manas (201-205 km, 260-290 km and 326-349 km, Kok-Art pass) and Karakol - Enilchek (45-90 km, Chon-Ashuu pass), avalanches, snow drifts, and ice are expected.
When passing through avalanche-prone areas on the roads, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 500 meters between vehicles.
