The decree on the creation of the "Bala Yrysy" allowance was signed by Sadyr Japarov
The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, announced the launch of a new social support program — the "Bala Yrysy" allowance, which will be provided to all children, regardless of their families' financial situation.
The head of state noted that this decision is a response to numerous appeals from citizens expressing dissatisfaction with the difficulties in obtaining government services and frequent refusals of payments.
“I see how the process of receiving allowances becomes a real trial. We are introducing the 'Bala Yrysy' allowance considering that every child comes into this world with a certain blessing. It is better to provide help to those who are not in urgent need than to leave even one child without food,” the president emphasized.
According to the National Statistical Committee, the new initiative will affect approximately 445,000 children under the age of three, providing essential support during a critically important period of their development.
