Residents of high-altitude and hard-to-reach areas, including some border settlements with special conditions, are eligible for the allowance:- for the third and subsequent children;
- for children under three years old who live with the recipient.

Residents of high-altitude areas must contact the territorial offices of the Ministry of Labor at their place of residence. The following documents are required to process the allowance: parents' passports, children's birth certificates, certificates of birth for twins or multiple children, as well as proof of registration in the high-altitude zone. Foreign citizens must provide documents confirming their legal residence in Kyrgyzstan. If the application is submitted through a representative, a passport, power of attorney, and court decision on the legal representation of the child must be provided.When can the allowance be suspended?
- In case of permanent departure abroad;
- in the event of the death of a child under three years old;
- if the child is fully supported by the state;
- upon detection of unlawful receipt of the allowance;
- if the family has moved out of the high-altitude zone;
- upon the child reaching three years of age.
Payment terms for the allowance
Payments begin on the first day of the month following the submission of the application and continue until the child reaches three years of age. For example, applications submitted in January 2026 will be paid starting from February 1, 2026.Registration and place of residence
The address where the citizen is registered in the accounting documents must match the address indicated in the automated information system "Sanarip Aymak."If there is no registration, it is necessary to contact the village council for temporary registration.
