In the capital, on Auezov Street, it is planned to remove the trading pavilions. This became known after an on-site meeting held on March 12 with the participation of Ramiz Aliyev, the deputy mayor of Bishkek.

Local entrepreneurs were reminded that they have the opportunity to dismantle their structures independently. As an alternative, they were offered trading spaces at the "Chynar" and "Alamedin bazaars," but the owners declined the offers.

According to information from the municipality, in 2017, 24 plots of land were leased for the placement of trading objects. However, an inspection revealed that the pavilions are located in a green zone, which led to the termination of the lease.

The owners of the trading objects received notifications for voluntary dismantling on February 28, 2026, but did not respond to them. On March 11, the pavilions were disconnected from electricity and water supply.

The city hall emphasized that a mini-square is planned to be created in place of the trading pavilions for the residents of the "Alamedin-1" area. If the owners do not comply with the dismantling requirements, the demolition will be carried out forcibly.
