A session of the city court took place in Bishkek, where it was decided to release Ernist Zheinataev. The judicial authorities reported on the new verdict.
On March 26, during the session, the panel of judges overturned the previous decision of the district court, acquitting Zheinataev under Article 332 Part 1, while the sentence under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic remained in force. As a result, the designer was assigned a probation period of four years and was released directly in the courtroom.
It is worth noting that Ernist Zheinataev worked as a designer for various media outlets. He was detained in November 2025 as part of a criminal case related to violations under Articles 278 Part 3 and 332 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
