For several days, residents of the Jayil district have been witnessing a remarkable natural phenomenon, reports Turmush correspondent.

“Every morning, frost falls on the ground. Trees, bushes, houses, and cars are transformed, reminiscent of New Year celebrations and childhood fairy tales. As soon as the wind blows, the ice crystals scatter, falling to the ground. It’s time to seize the moment and capture this beauty in photos,” shared her impressions Svetlana Sergeeva, a resident of Kara-Balta.

According to meteorologists, frost is a type of atmospheric precipitation in the form of a thin layer of ice crystals that form from water vapor in the atmosphere. In some cases, larger ice crystals, known as hoarfrost, appear on thin branches.

The formation of frost occurs when the outer surface of objects cools below the dew point. This point is defined as the temperature at which the air becomes cold enough for water vapor to condense into liquid, which then freezes.
