The village of Krasnaya Rechka, located in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region, was founded in 1907 as part of Stolypin's agrarian reform and resettlement policy. Previously, a correspondent from Turmush covered the history of the village and the first settlers.

This time, Nurmanbet Nurai Kankozhoeva, the acting head of Library No. 3 in the village of Krasnaya Rechka, shared with the Turmush correspondent the story of the initial steps in creating the village club and hospital.

According to her, a village club was established in 1929, organized by Alexander Savin. The first Komsomol members actively participated in its construction, and local residents also contributed their efforts and resources. In 1938, a library was opened at the club, which by 1946 had about 160 books. By 1965, the number of books in the collection had increased to 6,187, and the library also began subscribing to 20 magazines and 9 newspapers. By 2006, the library's collection had grown to 12,188 books, including 12 newspapers.

“Until 1965, various clubs operated in the club — a choir, a dance group, a brass band, sports sections, and others. In 1975, a new building for the House of Culture was constructed,” she added.

As for medical services, before the onset of World War II, there was no full-fledged hospital in the village, only an outpatient clinic with a single paramedic. In 1929, the outpatient clinic was organized in the Konovalov's house. After the new school was built, the old building was repurposed as a hospital. Initially, the hospital had only 5 beds, later increasing to 10-12. The institution was founded by doctor A.I. Matryonich. Subsequently, a new outpatient clinic building was constructed, where two doctors and two paramedics worked,” the report states.
