It became known that the raid was organized by the staff of the Department for the Protection of Natural Resources and Biodiversity of the regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
During the New Year period, regular raids and patrols are conducted in the Batken region aimed at preventing illegal logging and hunting, according to a special order.
During the raid, it was found that 11 violations were recorded. In accordance with the Code of Offenses, fines totaling 60,500 soms were imposed on 11 individuals, and a claim for damages in the amount of 20,515 soms was also filed.
Experts noted that similar activities for the protection of nature and maintenance of biodiversity will be conducted on a regular basis.
