Lawyers from both sides participated in the negotiations
The Trading House "Kulikovsky" and blogger Aitilek Orozbekov have reached a peaceful agreement, as reported by their lawyers.
A video has become available on social media, capturing the meeting where the parties reached an agreement. The statement filed by the trading house has also been withdrawn.
It should be noted that last year a complaint was filed against Orozbekov. The blogger claimed that he received a recording in which a client was denied service in the state language. In connection with this, he visited one of the stores to clarify the circumstances. However, the video he referred to was not presented.
As a result, Orozbekov was placed under house arrest.
The blogger gained fame through his "language patrols," where he demands services in the Kyrgyz language from establishments. He shares his videos on his YouTube channel.
In November 2024, he was detained on charges of publicly calling for the violent seizure of power. In January 2025, the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek found him guilty under part 2 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and imposed a fine of 70,000 soms. The blogger categorically denied his guilt.
