Esen was born in 1995 in Naryn.
In an interview with a Turmush correspondent, he shared that he had worked for a long time as a taxi driver in Moscow. However, after the video was released, in which he was captured with his son, he made the decision not to return to the capital of Russia.
“I went through a divorce with my wife. Now I live in Bishkek in the Altyn-Kazyk residential area with my daughter and son. My daughter Sabina was born in 2017, and my son Habib was born in 2019. My daughter is in the 2nd grade, and my son started 1st grade, even though he is only 6 years old,” he said.
Under the video on social media, people wrote: “How well he speaks!” and “Where did he get such skills?”. Esen's son was raised by his grandmother, so he speaks Kyrgyz at home. They also have a great-grandmother who is 95 years old. “Our mothers are very eloquent and generous with love for their children, which certainly influences my son. I also try to show care so that he does not feel a lack of maternal love,” Esen added.
According to him, he worked in Moscow for 2-3 years, and the longest he was away from his family was 7-8 months. In the summer, he would return to spend time with his children at the lake and prepare them for school before his next departure.
“After the video became popular, I received many messages asking me to stay close to my child. This made me think about my priorities and decide to stay here. I am confident that I can earn a living here as well. My daughter is growing up and becoming more sensible, while my son is still small and more spoiled,” he noted.
“Now I dedicate more time to teaching my children. We love to read together. As a new hobby, I started making videos for social media, and we have plans to create our own business,” Esen added.
