Alina Zhaksylik kyzy, who married a unique young man, has become the subject of public discussion.
Alina, born in 1999 and raised in the city of Cholpon-Ata in the Issyk-Kul region, moved to the Kochkor district after her wedding. She works as a cook but is currently a housewife. Recently, her marriage to Nurgazy Zhaksylikbek uulu, who has health limitations, has caused a wide resonance. “We met online, and he always said that he fell in love with my eyes as soon as he saw my photo. We communicated for three months and met only three times before the wedding. Interestingly, we have similar surnames,” Alina shared.
Nurgazy disclosed his limitations to Alina in advance, but she did not believe him. In phone conversations, he mentioned that he took care of livestock and cleaned the yard, and she thought he was testing her. It was only upon meeting that she confirmed the truth of his words and took it calmly.
According to Alina, their first meeting was unforgettable. “When I was in Bishkek, he suggested we meet, and I didn’t give a clear answer. He still came and waited for me from 10 AM to 6 PM in the rain, knowing about my love for strawberries and flowers. After a long wait, he got angry and went to his friends, who ate the strawberries. I decided to go out, saying I was going to the salon. Upon entering the 'Russia' cinema, I told him I hadn’t arrived yet, and he waited for me for another half hour. When I saw him entering the cinema, I laughed, and he recognized me. I noticed that he was still holding his soaked bouquet,” the girl shared.
Alina also noted that Nurgazy insisted on marrying her and soon took her away. “My parents approved of our choice. We received blessings from our relatives and friends. He took me on August 12, and the wedding took place on August 27. My new relatives accepted me as their daughter, and I quickly got used to it. We were previously not in the spotlight, but after the wedding, our videos went viral, and people began to recognize us. We read comments with interest, thanked well-wishers, and laughed at the negativity,” Alina said.
