The heavy snowfall prompted the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, to inspect the streets of the city to assess the scale of the problem and monitor the work of municipal services.

During the inspection, the mayor issued urgent instructions to the responsible agencies, emphasizing the importance of prompt and quality snow removal.

“It is necessary to create clean and safe conditions for the residents and guests of the capital. All services must act in a coordinated manner and without delays,” he emphasized.

The municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" has switched to an enhanced work regime. Since early morning, specialized equipment has been actively used on the streets of the city, with snow removal and the application of anti-icing materials being carried out around the clock.

To clear the city, 51 units of MAZ equipment, 4 HOWO trucks with blades, 3 front loaders, 34 Belarus tractors, 5 Bobcat units, 5 UKM units, and 3 shovel loaders are involved.

The work of the municipal services continues, taking into account the weather conditions. Residents and guests of the capital are asked to exercise caution on the roads and to be understanding of the ongoing work.
