In connection with the identified violations, the mayor of the city, Aibek Junushaliev, made the decision to terminate the contract with the café "Jasmin," offering the owner an alternative plot of land.
During the inspection, Deputy Mayor Ramiz Aliev noted that according to the terms of the contract, the land plot was allocated for the installation of a light structure; however, a capital building was erected in its place.
In the future, a comprehensive improvement of the area along the channel is planned.
A multi-level parking lot is also planned to be built at 5/1a Sagymbaya Manaschy Street.
Furthermore, a new bridge 28 meters wide will be constructed from Shabdan Baatyr Street to Sagymbaya Manaschy Street.
