The applicant also intends to organize a petition for a "clean Kyrgyzstan"

In Bishkek, a social media user under the nickname amiraskarov reported filing a statement with the Main Internal Affairs Directorate (GUVD). This statement concerns publications related to the "Kulikovsky" Trade House and blogger Aitilek Orozbekov.

He stated: "My posts reached the GUVD of Bishkek. I just had a conversation with investigators, where I was informed that investigative actions have already begun and the results of a linguistic examination are expected. Therefore, the petition planned for January 21 may not be collected."

Earlier, amiraskarov announced that he had contacted the police and called on citizens to gather at the GUVD building on January 21 to support the petition for a "clean Kyrgyzstan."

We remind you that earlier the State National Security Committee (GKNB) held a conversation with a Kyrgyz citizen due to his publications.

In addition, GUVD and GKNB employees detained bloggers for a video mocking the Kyrgyz language.

It is worth noting that a statement was filed against Aitilek Orozbekov last year. The blogger, in turn, reported a video where a customer was denied service in the state language. He appeared at one of the stores for clarification, but did not provide the video itself.

As a result, Aitilek Orozbekov ended up under house arrest.

This blogger is known for conducting "language patrols," demanding service in the Kyrgyz language from establishments, and publishing videos on his YouTube channel.

In November 2024, he was detained on charges of publicly calling for the violent seizure of power. In January 2025, he was found guilty under paragraph 1 of part 2 of article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic in the First May District Court of Bishkek and fined 70,000 soms, although the blogger himself does not admit his guilt.
