The results of the work of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan for the year 2025 were presented at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency by the chairman of the FPK, Muradil Jumadilde uulu. According to him, there are about 6,000 chairpersons of primary organizations in the country, and over the past year, 1,754 people underwent training. This is a significant result, indicating a large-scale reach and a systematic approach to improving the qualifications of employees.
The Trade Union Institute plans to expand its training programs for 2026. Training will be available not only for union members but also courses on personnel auditing and other relevant labor law issues will be introduced.
In addition to educational activities, the Federation emphasized the protection of workers' rights. In 2025, monitoring was conducted at more than 1,300 enterprises across the country.
The head of the FPK noted that regular inspections and audits are aimed at strengthening the structure of trade unions and, importantly, restoring the trust of ordinary members in the institution of trade union protection.
