Jumadilde uulu also noted that as part of the digitalization process, electronic accounting of union members is being implemented. “Previously, many union members remained registered mainly to receive vouchers, which led to an artificial inflation of numbers. We conducted an inventory and reduced the number of committees: whereas the federation used to include 20 sectoral and 6 regional committees, now there are 16,” he explained.
According to the chairman of the FPS, the total number of trade union members today is 347,000. “These are real people who, despite all the difficulties, continue to support the idea of the trade union,” he added.
