The purpose of this document is to legally define the status, tasks, functions, and structure of this medical institution, as well as the procedure for its management.
The Ministry of Health emphasizes that the need for developing this resolution is connected with the demands of the residents of the Jalal-Abad region and neighboring areas for accessible and timely specialized medical care for women and children. Currently, most specialized medical services are concentrated in Bishkek and Osh, which creates difficulties in transporting patients and increases the burden on republican medical institutions, especially given the remoteness and the risk of complications in obstetrics, neonatology, and pediatrics.

According to information from the justification report, the center will provide specialized medical-diagnostic and preventive care in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, neonatology, pediatrics, pediatric surgery, reproductive medicine, and cancer screening.
Additionally, the institution will serve as a clinical base for scientific and methodological work in the field of maternal and child health, which includes activities aimed at improving the qualifications of medical personnel.
We remind you that the Tashiev family previously sold their oil base and built the Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood in the village of Chokmor, located in the Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad region.
